Step 1
- Get a copy of the FAQ flyer.
- Have your temperature checked.
Step 2
- If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to your class, office or Institute enrollment areas.
- If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.

Step 2
- If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to the UHS for clearance. Please present your passport or photocopy of pages containing the arrival date stamp.
- If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.
Step 3
- If international student and enrollee, proceed to AERO for enrollment assistance.
- If old student, proceed to your class.

- If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to AERO staff assigned at the visitor’s lounge for instructions on procedures for application and enrollment.
- If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.
Step 3
- Enter at Gate 4 and proceed to designated enrollment, application, testing or evaluation areas as instructed by AERO staff members.

- If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to the Information Counter and get a visitor’s pass.
- If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, we advise you to see a doctor immediately.
Step 3
- Enter at Gate 4 and wear your visitor’s pass at all times in the university.
