Starting June 17, 2009 (Opening of Classes/Resumption of Enrolment)
FEU Management is implementing precautionary measures for the benefit and safety of the FEU community. Gate 2, along Quezon Blvd and FERN Building entrance facing P. Paredes St., is temporarily closed for initial entry. Nursing Building entrance along N. Reyes St. near BPI will be used as temporary entry to the FEU Campus for International Students / Enrollees and Old Students with Travel History (arrival date from June 1, 2009 and later).

Please read and strictly follow the procedures below:

 

Enrolled Students,Old Students Enrolling, Faculty and Personnel

ENTRY POINTS: GATE 3 or 4

International Students, Enrollees and Old Students with Travel History(arrival date from June 1, 2009 and later)

ENTRY POINT: NURSING BUILDING ENTRANCE BESIDE BPI

New Enrollees, Transferees and Examinees

ENTRY POINTS: VISITOR’S ENTRY AT THE GROUND FLOOR, TECHNOLOGY BUILDING

Visitors

ENTRY POINTS: VISITOR’S ENTRY AT THE GROUND FLOOR, TECHNOLOGY BUILDING

Technology Building Occupants / Users

ENTRY POINTS: STUDENT/FACULTY/STAFF ENTRY AT THE GROUND FLOOR, TECHNOLOGY BUILDING

Athletes, Students, Visitors using R. Papa Gym and FERN Buildings I & II

ENTRY POINTS: R. PAPA GYM PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE

Step 1

  • Get a copy of the FAQ flyer.
  • Have your temperature checked.

Step 2

  • If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to your class, office or Institute enrollment areas.
  • If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.

 

 Step 1

  • Get a copy of the FAQ flyer.
  • Have your temperature checked.

Step 2

  • If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to the UHS for clearance. Please present your passport or photocopy of pages containing the arrival date stamp.
  • If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.

Step 3

  • If international student and enrollee, proceed to AERO for enrollment assistance.
  • If old student, proceed to your class.

 Step 1

Step 2

  • If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to AERO staff assigned at the visitor’s lounge for instructions on procedures for application and enrollment.
  • If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.

Step 3

  • Enter at Gate 4 and proceed to designated enrollment, application, testing or evaluation areas as instructed by AERO staff members.  

 

 Step 1

  • Have your temperature checked.

Step 2

  • If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to the Information Counter and get a visitor’s pass.
  • If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, we advise you to see a doctor immediately.

Step 3

  • Enter at Gate 4 and wear your visitor’s pass at all times in the university.

  • If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to your class, office or IARFA enrollment area (8th Floor,Technology Building).
  • If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.  

 

 Step 1

Step 2

  • If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. Proceed to your destination in the gym or FERN Bldgs. I&II.
  • If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you will be led to NB 104 for medical advice.
Note: Everyone entering the University in vehicles must undergo temperature check (thermo scan) at all vehicle entrances. If you pass the temperature check, you will be stamped on the arm for entry which is valid the whole day. If your temperature is 37.8° C or higher, you have to see a doctor immediately.
