SCHOOL DENTIST

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures
  • Examines patient to determine nature of condition, utilizing x rays, dental instruments, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Cleans, fills, extracts, and replaces teeth, using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications, and surgical implements.
  • Provides preventive dental services to patient, such as application s of fluoride and sealants to teeth, and education in oral and dental hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in the related field
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills

 

SCHOOL PHYSICIAN

Responsibilities:

  • Provides medical consultation and treatment
  • Evaluates medical cases that needs isolation such as communicable diseases
  • Performs emergency minor surgery
  • Conducts pre-employment physical examination and evaluation of employee/faculty applicant
  • Conducts physical examination of incoming freshmen students; and
  • Issues and verifies medical certificates

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine
  • Professional license in Medicine
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in a medical field
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills

 

GUIDANCE COUNSELOR

Responsibilities:

  • Provides counseling services (one-on-one counseling, group counseling and referral)’
  • Plans and conducts counseling programs; and
  • Plans and conducts college activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Psychology/Guidance & Counseling
  • M.A. in Guidance & Counseling
  • Professional license in Guidance & Counseling (RGC)
  • At least one (1) year counseling experience
  • Has a good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate

 

DISCIPLINE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Enforces the provisions on the Student Code of Conduct
  • Coordinates with the Security Department in maintaining peace and order in the    campus
  • Resolves conflict involving students
  • Represents the University as complainant in student discipline-related cases
  • Assists the Office of the Student Affairs in updating student records and in the issuance of clearance.
  • Prepares and sends discipline-related notices to concerned parties
  • Acts as Secretariat of the Committee on Discipline (COD), maintain files discipline cases and submit required reports
  • Conducts interview with student transfer-applicants for profiling
  • Perform other related functions as directed by the Director for Student Welfare and Discipline.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, 24-35 years old
  • Graduate of B.S. Psychology/Behavioral Science, Legal Management,Criminology or any other related courses
  • Good in planning, organizing and records management
  • Has good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Application

 

BUDGET ANALYST

Requirements:

  • Accounting graduate;
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in a related field;
  • Has good oral and written communication skills; and
  • Computer literate.

 

AUDITOR

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BSIT, BSA, or BS Internal Audit
  • 2 years experience in accounting, audit or technology related function.
  • Should have  knowledge of IT Architecture, project management, programming, networking, testing operations, and IT Security
  • Male/Female, not more than 35 years old with good oral and writing communication skills. A genuine interest in all things technical.
  • Ability and willingness to train others in general IT audit skills.
