  • With external experience and understanding the technical aspects o f accounting and financial reporting.
  • With very good English communication skill, both written and spoken.

ELECTRICIAN

UNIVERSITY LIBRARIAN
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, implements, and evaluates the library program of the University;
  • Prepares guidelines and procedures for the Library’s operations.
  • Coordinates with Institute Deans/Associate Deans/Program Heads on the library/ instructional/ research needs of the administrators, faculty, and students;
  • Establishes and maintains linkages with other libraries, national and international organizations, agencies and networks;
  • Disseminates available products and services of the Library to administrators, faculty and students;
  • Maintains physical facilities of the Library and recommends needed improvements and repair;
  • Prepares all needed library reports for management;
  • Ensures membership of library staff in accredited professional library organizations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science
  • Professional license in Library Science
  • At least five (5) years minimum managerial experience in university library, 10 years minimum experience in academic library
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Library IT applications and digitization
  • Experience in all phases of Library Management
  • Computer literate
MANAGER – CIVIL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Key Responsibilities:

  • Translates civil engineering and architectural design needs of FEU customers into quality, prompt and cost-effective services through the development, monitoring and continues improvement of policies, processes and services;
  • Manages the provision of a safe and comfortable physical enviroment through the maintenance, improvement and monitoring of the physical condition of the buildings in the area of civil engineering and architectural design;
  • Manages the provision of civil engineering and architectural design services by external providers through staffing review, conduct of ocular inspection and performance management;
  • Ensures optimum utilization of civil engineering and architectural design maintenance supplies through the regular monitoring of civil engineering and architectural design maintenance supplies usage;
  • Manages the completion of civil engineering and architectural design repairs through timely and cost effective servicing of maintenance requests and performance monitoring;
  • Ensures compliance the regulatory requirements and emergency preparedness as it relates to civil engineering and architectural design;
  • Monitors institutional compliance with local and international regulations such as National Building Code, Fire Code, National Fire Protection Association Codes, OSHA, etc.;
  • Maintains inventories of civil engineering and architectural design facilities for insurance reporting and depreciation accounting; and
  • Liaises with agencies, subcontractors and design teams.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in facilities management,design, and construction, including cost projection for building and grounds; at least three years at supervisory /managerial level
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
