Issuance of Certifications

The Office of the Registrar issues various types of certifications. These include a certification of enrollment; medium of instruction; general weighted average; graduation; and similar certification.

Procedure:

•    An application form available at the Registrar’s office has to be accomplished.
•    The processing fee has to be paid at the FEU Cashier.
•    The official receipt must be submitted to the Registrar’s office, which, in turn will give the applicant a claim stub.
•    Requests for certifications may be undertaken by students’ or graduates’ designated representative upon presentation of a Special Power of Attorney.
•    Alternatively, requests for certifications may be done online through the FEU website.
