Issuance of Diploma

The diploma is a legal document that certifies the completion of a degree program. The document is signed by the University President and the Dean of the respective Institute.

Procedure:

•    An application form available at the Registrar’s office has to be accomplished.
•    The processing fee has to be paid at the FEU Cashier.
•    The official receipt must be submitted to the Registrar’s office, which, in turn will give the applicant a claim stub.
•    Requests for an authenticated copy of the diploma may be undertaken by students’ or graduates’ designated representative upon presentation of a Special Power of Attorney.
•    Alternatively, requests for diploma may be done online through the FEU website.
