Students enrolling for the ultimate term are deemed to be graduating. As such, graduating students must file their applications for graduation and submit all the necessary requirements needed for graduation before the stipulated deadline for filing. Required documents include:

   1. Academic Program Credit Evaluation (APCE) issued by the concerned Institute
   2. Form 137 or Transcript of Records (for transferees)
   3. Birth Certificate
