Issuance of Transfer Credentials

Transfer credentials comprise of a document certifying that a student has no pending accountabilities with Far Eastern University and is eligible for transfer to another educational institution.

It should be signed by the Registrar and shall be issued not later than 2 weeks after filing of the application for transfer, provided that, in the case of a student who is a transferee from another educational institution, the records from the previous institution have been received, complete, and in order.

Procedure:

•    At the Registrar’s Office, a Transferee Stub is obtained for acknowledgement/signature and exit interview of a University Counseling and Career Office’s Counselor.
•    An application form available at the Registrar’s Office has to be accomplished.
•    The processing fee has to be paid at the FEU Cashier.
•    The official receipt must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office, which, in turn will give the applicant a claim stub.
•    Clearance must be obtained from the Accounting Department, Dean’s Office, Library, Office of Student Affairs and Community Services, and the Chemistry Department. The clearance form is available at the Registrar’s Office.
•    Applications for transfer credentials may be undertaken by students’ designated representative upon presentation of a Special Power of Attorney.
