3.    Monitoring of student organization activities and projects (inclusive of report and financial audit conducted by the IABF Council of Auditors and the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants for organizational operations and funds management)
4.    Conduct of student organization elections and oath-taking ceremonies of newly-elected officers
5.    Evaluation, recommendation and monitoring of students’ involvement to community service/social involvement undertakings
