The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) 2024 will be conducted via a "Hybrid Modality" (simultaneous onsite and virtual environments), on 19 October 2024, Saturday, at 3:00 p.m.

  • Onsite Venue: Multi-purpose Room, 4th Floor Administration Building, FEU Main Campus, Nicanor Reyes Street, Sampaloc, Manila
  • Online Venue: Livestream via Zoom meeting

All stockholders are required to register their participation and will be able vote in absentia via the ASM 2024 online registration and voting facility.

Register

Stockholders who wish to participate in the meeting via livestreaming and to exercise their vote in absentia must notify the Corporate Secretary by registering at asmregister.feu.edu.ph and by submitting supporting information on or before 14 October 2024.

All information and documents submitted shall be verified and validated by the Corporate Secretary

Vote

Registered stockholders can vote through our secured online voting portal by using the login instruction provided via email upon successful registration.

Livestream

To join the livestream, stockholders must first register through the registration portal. Further instruction will be provided upon successful registration.
