An Office Services Assistant at FEU plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the university’s administrative and support functions. You will provide administrative and clerical support, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling inquiries, and coordinating meetings and events. You will also assist with office equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and other tasks to maintain a well-organized and functional workplace. As an Office Services Assistant, you will be the face of FEU, greeting visitors and providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will contribute to the overall success of the university’s operations and support the delivery of quality education and services to students, faculty, and staff.
