FEU does not request payments to be coursed through any personal account. The University only conducts financial transactions through its official FEU accounts and via affiliated banking platforms. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, please report it to the FEU Treasurer’s Office at treasurer@feu.edu.ph.
1. Reservation Fee and FEUCAT Fee (for incoming freshmen only)
2. Over-the-Counter through Banks’ Bills Payment Facility
· Selected branches nationwide of the following banks shall accept payments:
- BDO
- BPI
- MetroBank
- Security Bank
- Union Bank
STEPS:
a. Choose BILLS PAYMENT (not Deposit)
b. Fill up the Bills Payment Form – Pay to: FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY
c. Indicate your Student Number
d. Payments will be credited to the student’s account on the following banking day.
3. Enrollment in your Bank’s Online Bills Payment Facility
· This is a one-time enrollment for Bills Payment
· You may enroll with the following banks:
- BPI Online
- MetrobankDirect
- Security Bank Online (SBOL)
- UnionBank Online
· STEPS:
- a. Choose Biller: FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY
- b. Indicate your Reference Number: ADCON or STUDENT NUMBER
- c. Payments will be credited to your student account the next banking day.
4. E-WALLET FACILITY (via the GCash or PayMaya App)
· For payments being rejected by the bank as Bills Payment (Option 1), you may pay thru GCash or PayMaya using the following details:

· For recording purposes, please send a scanned copy or screenshot of your validated deposit slip to https://servicedeck.feu.edu.ph/
· Gcash/Paymaya payments will take at least three (3) banking days to be processed and be credited to your student account.
5. Online Credit Card
via TAMS ServiceDeck (TSD)
- Only students with access to their TSD account can use this facility
- STEPS:
- Go to TSD; input your username and password
- Choose Online Payment
- Use your Visa, MasterCard or JCB
- Note that with successful transaction, payment is directly credited to your student account within the day.
