HRM Students in Korea for K-Food Culinary Immersion

K-Food: Online and On-site Culinary Immersion Program hosted by Daegu Health College took place last July 21 to 28, 2019.


Five junior and 10 freshmen FEU Hotel and Restaurant Management students took part in a recent short-term student exchange program in South Korea. The program entitled K-Food: Online and On-site Culinary Immersion Program hosted by Daegu Health College took place last July 21 to 28, 2019.

Combining online and on-site immersion programs, the HRM students experienced the renowned Flipped Learning style by Daegu Health College. The program utilizes an online lecture system to overcome the challenges of distant learning and provides an online Pre-and-Post Flipped learning experience.
