Students applying to take supplemental courses are those who lack required courses in either medicine, law or other graduate programs.

Application Procedures

  1. Applicant must secure an endorsement form at the Admissions office.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Non-Graduates of FEU

  • Original Transcript of Records
  • Photocopy of Diploma
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate

 FEU Graduates

  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records
  • Photocopy of Diploma
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate
  1. Applicant will then be advised to go to the institute for an interview and evaluation by the Dean / Program Head.
  2. The successful applicant will be advised to return to AFA for the online registration.

Online Registration Procedure:

For New Applicants:

Register and apply in the online admission application via http://admission.feu.edu.ph/

 

FEU Graduate/Former FEU student (who did not graduate but with enrollment record in FEU)

  1. Log-in to Student Central
    • username: studentnumber@feu.edu.ph
    • password: last 4 digits of the applicant’s student number followed by the last 4 characters of his/her  family name, ALL CAPS.
  1. Slide cursor over to “Make Request” tab
  2. Select and apply for “Re-Admission”
  3. Wait for the approval of the Re-Admission request. Status can be checked under “View Request” tab
  4. Once approved, applicant must go to ”Admission tab” select “Admission Form” then “Fill-out Admission Form”. Then wait for further instruction for the enrollment procedure.
