Teacher Certificate Program is an 18-unit program that aims to provide aspiring professionals who would like to enter the teaching profession with adequate academic and practical knowledge needed for teaching, exposure to classroom practices, teaching environment, relevant and time-tested research based methodologies to develop and enhance their teaching ability. Effective academic year 2009-2010, the Blended E-Learning approach is being utilized.

Evaluation procedure:

  1. Applicant must secure an endorsement form at the Admissions office.

Non-Graduates of FEU

  • Original Transcript of Records
  • Photocopy of Diploma
  • Original Transfer Credential / Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Non-Issuance of Transfer Credentials
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate
  • Photocopy of NSO Marriage Certificate (for married women)

Graduates of FEU

  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records
  • Photocopy of Diploma
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate
  • Photocopy of NSO Marriage Certificate (for married women)


  1. Applicant will be endorsed to the Program Head for evaluation and interview.
  2. Applicant must return the endorsement form at the admissions office and register online.


Online Registration Procedure:

For New Applicants:

Register and apply in the online admission application via 


FEU Graduate/Former FEU student (who did not graduate but with enrollment record in FEU)

  1.   Log-in to Student Central
    • username:
    • password: last 4 digits of the applicant’s student number followed by the last 4 characters of his/her  family name, ALL CAPS.
  1. Slide cursor over to “Make Request” tab
  2. Select and apply for “Re-Admission”
  3. Wait for the approval of the Re-Admission request. Status can be checked under “View Request” tab.
  4. Once approved, applicant must go to ”Admission tab” select “Admission Form” then “Fill-out Admission Form”. Wait for further instruction for the enrollment procedure.
