Freshmen applicants are those who have completed middle school (senior high) making them eligible to apply for college education. However, for admission to the university, the applicants will need to undergo further screening and selection based on the following criteria and policies:

Qualifications:

  •  Satisfactory completion of middle school or its equivalent, e.g. Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) or a Non-Formal Equivalency test both given and certified by the Department of Education.
  • Passing the FEU College Admissions Test (FEU-CAT).

Online Registration Steps:

Register and apply in the online admission application through the website via https://admission.feu.edu.ph/

1. Fill out the Admission form.

2. Select Exam Schedule.

3. Print the confirmation letter.

4. Pay Php 512.00 for the exam fee.

*Note: Each successful transaction in Student Central will be confirmed with an email notification sent to the registered email account. FEUCAT results will be released a month after the scheduled exam. Applicants will be notified through email for the result. 

*For bank transaction, kindly email us a scanned copy of your machine validated deposit slip.

Enrollment procedure

LOCAL STUDENTS

  1. Grade 12 Report Card
  2. Certification of Good Moral Character from the School / Police Clearance from the country of origin / departure
  3. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate / Household Register
  4. Certificate of Graduation / Copy of Diploma
  5. For Passers of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) and Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E)
    • Certificate of Passing
    • Certificate of Rating
    • Photocopy of Diploma (For ALS A&E passers)
  6. For graduates of 2015 and below – Original Form 138 (Report Card) 

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

  1. Secure an INTELAC Referral Form at the Admissions and Financial Assistance (AFA) office located at Room 103 of Arts building.*For those who have TOEFL or IELTS Certificates, no need to have the English Assessment, just present the original certificate.
  2. Proceed at the Language Learning Center located at Room 411 of the Arts Building for the INTELAC interview or present the TOEFL or IELTS certificate.
  3. If the applicant already passed the FEU-CAT, prepare the following requirements for enrollment:
  • AUTHENTICATED High School credentials / Form 138 / Transcript of Records
  • AUTHENTICATED Certificate of Good Moral Character from the School / Police Clearance from the country of origin/departure
  • AUTHENTICATED Certificate of Graduation / Copy of Diploma
  • AUTHENTICATED Birth Certificate / Household Register
  • Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials (for Transferees)
  • Photocopy of Passport
  • 2×2 pictures (3 pieces)
  • Copy of INTELAC /TOEFL/IELTS Certificate

Note: All credentials should be in English or with English translation.

  1. For tourist visa holders, authorized stay must be valid up to 30 days upon submission for students visa conversion processing.
  2. Submit all visa requirements and school credentials at AFA for enrollment.

 


General Guidelines for the Enrollment Procedure:

  1. Visit the University for the submission of requirements on your scheduled date of enrollment. Venue is at the third floor of the Admissions Building Rooms 303, 304, and 309.
    For Local Students

    1. Grade 12 report card
    2. Certification of Good Moral Character from the School
    3. Photocopy of NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
    4. Certificate of Graduation / Copy of Diploma
    5. For Passers of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) or Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E):
      • Certificate of Passing
      • Certificate of Rating
      • Photocopy of Diploma (For ALS A&E passers)
    6. Original copy of the deposit slip of the reservation fee.

    In the likelihood that the Report Card (Form 138) is not yet available during the scheduled date of enrollment, the applicant should secure a Certification of expected date of Graduation or a Certification that the student is included in the graduating class from the Registrar’s Office. Student should fill out the waiver of credentials to be secured from the AFA office prior to enrollment.

    For International Students

    1. Senior High School credentials / Form 138 / Transcript of Records, AUTHENTICATED by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence.
    2. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the School / Police Clearance from the country of origin/departure, AUTHENTICATED by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence.
    3. Certificate of Graduation / Copy of Diploma, AUTHENTICATED by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence.
    4. Birth Certificate / Household Register, AUTHENTICATED by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence.
    5. A notarized affidavit of support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institutional scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.
    6. Five (5) Copies of the Student’s Personal History Statement (PHS) duly signed by him, both in English, and his national alphabet accompanied by his personal seal, if any, and containing among others, left and right thumbprints and a 2X2 inch photograph on plain white background taken not more than six months prior to submission.
    7. Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials (for Transferees)
    8. Photocopy of data page of the student’s passport showing date and place of birth, and birth certificate or its equivalent duly AUTHENTICATED by the Philippine Foreign Service Post.
    9. 2×2 pictures (3 pieces)
    10. Copy of INTELAC/ TOEFL/ IELTS/ TOEIC Certificate
    11. For tourist visa holders, authorized stay must be valid up to 30 days upon submission for students’ visa conversion processing.

  2. Proceed to Admissions Building Second Floor for Program Tagging of the final degree program and the selection of class schedule. Please see below the designated room assignments per Institute:
