Admission For new DK to Grade 12 students:
- Apply online by visiting this link https://bit.ly/FEURDKto12 and Select School “FEU Roosevelt” and click Register. (NOTE: We require 1 valid email per student for validation and confirmation.)
- Check your email and Click the link to activate your account.
- Go to K12 Admission >> K12 - Admission Assistant >> Admission Assistant.
- Fill out all fields in the application form and click Finish.
- You will receive an email acknowledging your application to FEU ROOSEVELT along with your ADCON number. (The ADCON number refers to Admission Control Number which is auto generated once the registration and admission processes are done.)
- Pay the initial DOWN PAYMENT amounting to Five Thousand Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (Php5,500) to be officially enrolled. OR
- Pay a RESERVATION FEE of One Thousand Five Hundred Philippine Peso (Php1,500) to reserve a slot. Refer to the payment channels for the procedures. https://bit.ly/FEURPayOpt
- Note: RESERVATION FEE is non-refundable.
Step 2: Upload Documents
- Report Card (Original)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certificate (Original)
- Marriage Certificate (Applicable to married female applicants who have changed their maiden name.)
Step 3: Payment
- All of the above plus Student Visa and ACR-I Card
