The UHS offers the following FREE services

• Freshmen medical and dental examination;   
• Freshmen chest X-ray 
• Emergency treatment
• Medical and dental consultation and treatment
• Dental extraction, laser dental filling, and dental prophylaxis
• Initial dose of medicine given upon evaluation by the UHS physician or dentist
• Nebulization for asthmatic patients
• ECG for patients with chest pain
• Capillary blood glucose determination
• Minor surgical procedures, such as suturing, dressing of wounds
• Medical certificate issuance and validation
• Accident insurance coverage
• Transportation by ambulance upon referral to a tertiary hospital
• Immunization is available at reduced cost, providing vaccines for flu, chicken pox, measles, mumps, pneumonia, hepatitis B among other diseases.
• Physical fitness assessment prior to RLE classes for nursing students,
  for swimming classes, OJT and scholarship grants
• Conducts health education to students, employees and faculty
• Collaborates with UCCO in referring and giving behavioral and mental health counseling
• Scheduled monthly on campus eye check up and provision of  eyeglasses as needed
• Distribution of first aid kits for off campus activities like team building,  retreats, seminars and workshops
