Please be reminded that FEU does not request payments to be coursed through any personal bank account. The University ONLY conducts financial transactions through the following means:

• Onsite payment at the FEU Cashier windows ONLY
• Over the counter at FEU bank partners
• Online payment via official FEU accounts and affiliated banking platforms

1. Reservation Fee and FEUCAT Fee (for incoming freshmen only)

2. Over-the-Counter through Banks’ Bills Payment Facility

· Selected branches nationwide of the following banks shall accept payments:

• BDO
• BPI
• MetroBank
• Security Bank
• Union Bank

STEPS:

1. Choose BILLS PAYMENT (not Deposit)
2. Fill up the Bills Payment Form – Pay to: FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY
3. Indicate your Student Number
4. Payments will be credited to the student’s account on the following banking day.

3. Enrollment in your Bank’s Online Bills Payment Facility

This is a one-time enrollment for Bills Payment

You may enroll with the following banks:

• BPI Online
• MetrobankDirect
• Security Bank Online (SBOL)
• UnionBank Online

· STEPS:

1. Choose Biller: FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY
2. Indicate your Reference Number: ADCON or STUDENT NUMBER
3. Payments will be credited to your student account the next banking day.

4. Online Inter-bank Fund Transfer (IBFT) to FEU Bank Account ONLY

For payments being rejected by the bank as Bills Payment, you may pay using your Online Banking App, GCash or MAYA.

STEPS:

1. Select BANK TRANSFER
2. Choose Bank:

• Account Name: FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY

Note: DO NOT USE any personal bank account

For recording purposes, upload your VALID proof of payment to https://servicedeck.feu.edu.ph/

All online inter-bank transfer or Gcash/MAYA payments will take at least two (2) banking days to be processed and be credited to your student account.

5. Online Credit Card

via TAMS ServiceDeck (TSD)

Only students with access to their TSD account can use this facility

STEPS:

Note that with successful transaction, payment is directly credited to your student account within the day.

1. Go to TSD; input your username and password
2. Choose Online Payment
3. Use your Visa, MasterCard or JCB

Note that credit card payments will take at least two-three (2-3) business days to process and to be credited to your student account.
