The FEU Alumni Card serves as membership identification to the alumni community. Details on card types, application process (walk-in and online), card partners, discounts, and privileges are listed below:

Card Types
• Bronze Card (₱ 350, for recent graduates; ₱ 500, regular price) renewable every year.
• Silver Card (₱ 500, for recent graduates; ₱ 1,000, regular price) renewable every two years.
• Gold Card (₱ 2,500, for recent graduates; ₱ 5,000, regular price) lifetime validity.
• Diamond Card (₱ 50,000) lifetime validity. (Proceeds go to scholarships and financial aid)
• Platinum Card (₱ 100,000) lifetime validity. (Proceeds go to scholarships and financial aid)
Application Process
A. Walk-in Applicants
a. New Application
1. Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, G/F, Admissions Building) for verification of status and accomplishment of card application form.
2. Present officially marked endorsement form and pay corresponding ID card fee at the Cashier (G/F, Left Wing, Administration Building).
3. Proceed to the ID Card Section (Room 203, 2nd floor, Education Building), present your official receipt and endorsement form, and have your photo taken. Receive your new alumni ID card.
b. Renewal
1. Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, G/F, Admissions Building) and show your old and expired alumni ID card. Accomplish card application form.
2. Present officially marked endorsement form and pay corresponding ID card fee at the Cashier (G/F, Left Wing, Administration Building).
3. Proceed to the ID Card Section (Room 203, 2nd floor, Education Building), present your official receipt and endorsement form, and have your photo taken. Receive your new alumni ID card.
*Renewal fee for bronze card is P500 and silver card is P1,000.
c. Lost./Damaged Card Replacement (P190)
1. Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, G/F, Admissions Building) to submit an Affidavit of Loss (for lost card). For damaged ID card, surrender it to ARO Personnel.
2. Present officially marked endorsement form and pay corresponding ID card fee at the Cashier (G/F, Left Wing, Administration Building).
3. Proceed to the ID Card Section (Room 203, 2nd floor, Education Building), present your official receipt and endorsement form, and have your photo taken. Receive your new alumni ID card.
*Replacement fee is P190.
B. II. Online Application
1. Accomplish downloadable card application form. Submit via e-mail to Alicia Mayor (amayor@feu.edu.ph) together with any valid ID (company, government ID or passport) or your old student ID.
2. Wait for the result of the status verification.
For pick-up:
• Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, G/F, Admissions Building). The office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• If to be picked-up by a representative, an authorization letter is required. Both you and your representative must present a valid company, government ID or passport. Both signatures must appear on the authorization letter.
