Teach undergraduate courses in Political Science, with expertise in
o International Relations
o Political Theory
o Politics and Governance of America; Asian; and European Countries
o Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Political Data
o Research Output
· Develop and deliver engaging and innovative courses that promote critical thinking and foster a deep understanding of Political Science theories, methodologies, and concepts.
· Advise and mentor students, including supervising undergraduate research projects.
· Engage in an active research agenda, producing high-quality scholarly work that contributes to the field of Political Science.
· Seek external research funding through grants and fellowships to support research activities.
· Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and academic program development.
· Contribute to the academic community through presentations at conferences, participation in workshops, and involvement in professional associations.
Minimum Requirements:
· Master of Arts in Political Science
· With at least two years of teaching experience in Political Science courses or any related field.
· Strong research record, demonstrated by publications in reputable academic journals or books, with a focus on politics, governance, and international relations.
· Active engagement in the academic community, including presentations at conferences and participation in professional associations.
