The scholarship provides financial assistance and/or other benefits to qualified, deserving, and talented but financially-challenged students.
I. Eligibility
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must be an incoming first year student
- Must be in good health and with good moral character
- Must be in good academic standing with SHS GWA of not lower than 80%
- Must have an annual family income of P100,000 or lower
II. Requirements
- PSA copy of Birth Certificate
- Grade 12 final report card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Latest tax exemption certificate or income tax return of both parents. For parents working abroad, a photocopy of the contract showing the monthly salary.
III. Benefits
- 50,000 per semester (100,000 per year)
IV. Retention Requirements
- Must not obtain any failing grade in any of the subjects he/she is enrolled in
- Must have a QPA of not lower than 2.5 or its equivalent
- Must carry a full semester load as programmed every semester
- Must not withdraw and/or change course/school without the approval of the External Grantor
- Must not be employed with businesses that directly compete with External Grantor or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates, or other companies owned or controlled by any of them
- Must meet the set cut-off/ deadline in submitting the Retention Requirements which is two (2) weeks after the enrollment period every semester
- Must not have been subjected to any major disciplinary sanction by the Far Eastern University or have been charged or convicted of a crime by any judicial court
- Must not have been expelled from any school/university or have any record of discontinuing his/her studies at Far Eastern University
