Program Offering for SY 2026-2027:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Financial Management

The BSBA Financial Management program of FEU Online is built for students who want a solid business and finance education supported by the learning flexibility you need. It is fully online and structured with clear academic milestones and guidance from a team of experts and support staff.
Across 12 trimesters, the program develops your grounding in economics, accounting, business communication, analytics, and management before moving into deeper finance study in corporate finance, banking, monetary policy, investments, capital markets, credit, compliance, and financial analysis.
This is a program for students who want to study finance in a format that supports independent learning, guided progression, and sustained academic engagement in an online environment.
The culminating phase of the program is a 600-hour internship. It will expose you to workplace dynamics and apply classroom learning in professional settings. This internship is paired in the curriculum with integrative courses such as Finance Research and Business Planning, enabling students to analyze real organizational challenges and develop evidence-based solutions while you experience the industry firsthand.

Beyond academics, the FEU Learning Journey is a mentoring program that strengthens student formation by providing guided support throughout your stay at the University. Alongside this, courses such as NSTP and Physical Education/PathFIT contribute to community engagement, civic responsibility, physical wellness, and personal discipline. Together, these distinct components create a holistic student experience that complements academic study and supports well‑rounded development.

Your professional courses in the BSBA Financial Management program for FEU Online build on the core business foundation and move your learning into the applied study of finance in a structured, fully online format.
- MC4D-aligned curriculum design
Built on a Modular, Customizable, Certificate-Based, and Competency-Based framework, the professional courses are organized into competency-based modules, each consisting of three to four courses. Every completed module corresponds to a certificate, allowing you to accumulate stackable credentials that add value to your portfolio.
- Performance-based coursework
The professional courses are designed around applied individual tasks, case-based exercises, and other performance-based requirements suited to digital delivery. The assessment structure also calls for major written outputs, applied projects, case analyses, and research-based tasks in business and finance contexts.
- Grounded in analytics and decision-making
From the first year, the program develops your skills in data management, data visualization, predictive modeling, and analytics. These provide a strong foundation for data-driven thinking across your professional courses.
- Provides pathways to international certification
Professional courses integrate the content and standards of selected international certification programs. This gives you structured preparation for certifications such as the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment’s International Introduction to Investment and Fundamentals of Financial Services, as well as the International Federation of Professional Managers Philippines’ Certified Credit Analyst (CCA®).
- Industry-backed lectures
The program brings industry into the classroom through practitioner-led lectures and learning sessions. These give you direct exposure to real business settings, practical judgment, and current professional practice.
- Technology-driven learning
Courses are taught using relevant tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, R, and LSEG Workspace. This helps you build practical skills in data analysis, financial research, and decision-making alongside your academic coursework.
Your college journey starts with a 36 to 39-unit General Education curriculum built around a liberal arts approach — developing your Digital Literacy, Communication, and Critical Thinking skills while deepening your understanding of yourself, society, citizenship, and different cultures. You will also learn from Public Intellectual Lectures featuring scholars, scientists, and practitioners who bring real conversations about current trends, emerging research, and pressing issues straight into your courses. Assessments are designed to actively support your learning — built from formative tasks that build up to summative ones, giving you concrete, developmental feedback along the way. This is education designed not just to measure what you know, but to help you grow.
