Dr. Jasmine Anak Jain, a distinguished educator and researcher from Taylor’s University, Malaysia, serves as an International Adjunct Professor at Far Eastern University’s Institute of Education (IE). With expertise in education psychology, science education, and qualitative research, Dr. Jain has contributed significantly to advancing inclusive education and integrating technology into teaching practices.
As Programme Director for Postgraduate Research at Taylor’s, she manages one of the largest doctoral programs, oversees research initiatives, and ensures quality education through innovative strategies and program accreditation.
At FEU, Dr. Jain has made an indelible mark on the academic community of IE. She has mentored graduate students in research methods, education leadership, and science education, emphasizing culturally responsive pedagogy and ethical research practices. Her ability to guide students in framing their studies within their unique cultural and professional contexts has enriched the learning environment and strengthened the academic rigor of FEU’s programs.

What struck me most was how their insights, rooted deeply in their cultural and professional experiences, challenged me to think differently about how research is approached and applied. It was a powerful reminder that culturally responsive pedagogy goes beyond teaching—it’s also about adapting and learning new perspectives. Those sessions continue to shape how I view the role of education in diverse communities,” said Dr. Jain.
