About the Job

The Financial Planning Analyst supports the organization’s planning, budgeting, and financial analysis functions. The role involves working closely with various departments and institutions to provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives. It offers exposure to strategy, cross-functional planning, and institutional growth projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on spending and trends
• Prepare and consolidate data for planning, reporting, and organizational reviews
• Support process improvements related to planning, budgeting, and resource use
• Contribute to data preparation and coordination for expansion and M&A initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on planning-related activities

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning, analysis, or audit
• Proficient in Office 365 specially Excel (familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a flexible, evolving environment
