Log-In
1. How do I log in to Student Central Neo?
A. Use single sign-on through MS 365. Go to Apps then open Student Central Neo.
Overview
1. Where can I check my Academic Standing?
A. Refer to the Academic Standing policy or coordinate with your Institute for academic advising.
2. Why is there no Year Level shown in the system?
A. Student Central Neo no longer uses a fixed year level. If needed, count your year level from your entry year in FEU to the current year.
3. Why is my Balance Inquiry not updated?
A. Payments may reflect within 1–3 days.
For concerns about balance or unposted payments, go to http://tamassist.feu.edu.ph/
Enrollment
1. What should I do if I have an outstanding balance?
A. Settle your balance before enrolling.
2. What if I have academic holds?
A. Check your holds under Tasks in the right panel. Go to Hold Orders or Clearance.
3. Where do I submit Student Enrollment Requests?
A. Go to the upper left corner of the page, then open Student Enrollment Requests.
4. What if the course I am requesting is not offered?
A. Coordinate with the department offering the course.
Enrollment Adjustment
1. Can I adjust my courses without downpayment?
A. Yes. Courses may be adjusted without downpayment but must be paid within 7 days. Auto-cancellation begins after 7 days.
Enrollment Request
1. How do I submit an enrollment request?
A. Open Student Enrollment Requests from the upper left corner.
2. How do I follow up my request?
A. Go to Request Status, verify the level of approval, and follow up with the concerned department.
