Far Eastern University (FEU) officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Moirasia Foundation, the social arm of Ramon F. Garcia & Co., CPAs (RFGCo) and Crowe Philippines Consulting Inc. (CPCI), last May 29, 2025 to provide financial assistance and support to deserving FEU students.
The signing ceremony was attended by FEU President Juan Miguel R. Montinola alongside Mr. Ramon F. Garcia, a proud FEU alumnus (Bachelor of Commerce, major in Accounting, Class of 1976). Mr. Garcia currently serves as the Managing Partner of Ramon F. Garcia & Company, CPAs (Crowe Philippines) and is the Founder, Chairman, and President of the Moirasia Foundation.
Also present was Mr. Paolo Romano G. Garcia, Brand and Marketing Manager of RFGCo and Corporate Secretary and Board Member of the Moirasia Foundation. He also leads Doxa Zoe, one of the foundation’s core programs dedicated to education and social impact. Representing FEU were Vice Presidents Raquel L. Baquiran (Academic Services) and Michelle S. Acomular (Admissions and Financial Assistance).
Through this meaningful partnership, the Moirasia Foundation will extend support to selected FEU scholars in the form of:
· Tuition Fee Subsidy, covering tuition and miscellaneous fees
· Monthly Food and Transportation Allowance to assist scholars with their daily living expenses

This collaboration showcases FEU and Moirasia Foundation’s shared commitment to empowering Filipino youth through education. By investing in the academic success of future professionals, both institutions reaffirm their belief that supporting education is an investment in a brighter future for individuals, families, and society as a whole.
FEU President Juan Miguel R. Montinola expressed gratitude for the partnership, emphasizing that the initiative is aligned with the university’s mission of providing access to quality education and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Mr. Ramon F. Garcia, an accomplished Certified Public Accountant and visionary leader, shared the foundation’s mission “to empower lives through education and social responsibility,” underscoring his commitment to giving back to his alma mater and supporting the next generation of Filipino professionals.
