Far Eastern University repeated as champion in the 44th Philippine Association of Medical Technologists, Inc.- Philippine Association of Schools of Medical Technology and Public Health (PAMET-PASMETH) National Quiz Show held on September 16, 2025, at The Tent, Manila Hotel. The winning team is composed of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology students Jennuel Herbert Frias, Shayra Ayah Laja, Erwin Ruzkin Lira and Hans Ezekiel Olorosisimo.
Erwin Ruzkin Lira also received a special award for achieving the sole perfect score in the difficult round.
The FEU MedTech Quizzers bested a total of 70 teams from different schools nationwide. University of Santo Tomas and St. Louis University finished second place and third place, respectively.
The coaches include Coaches Dr. Kerfelcel Retoriano, Ariane Laranang, Aaron Jan Palmares, Francisco Gellecanao, Marianne Deinn Solano and Earl Adriane Cano.
In addition to being back-to-back champions, FEU Manila has won the competition three times in the last four years.
The PAMET-PASMETH National Quiz Show is the biggest competition for schools with MedTech programs and held during MedTech Week.
With the win, FEU Manila will keep the symbolic PAMET-PASMETH Quiz Show Key to Academic Excellence trophy for the second straight year until the next edition in 2026.
