The Institute of Architecture & Fine Arts (IARFA) aims to be the center of excellence in architecture and fine arts. Nurturing the spirit of innovativeness and creativity, the Institute has produced students and graduates, who have won in numerous competitions and who have displayed a highly motivated sense of professionalism in the workplace.
Realizing that technology has created new media and tools for harnessing creativity, IARFA has invested in upgrading its facilities with the addition of new computer laboratories that feature the latest hardware and software for computer aided design, animation and rendering.
Still, focus is directed towards developing the basic creative and technical skills. As a result, IARFA students have won in various design and arts competitions as well as producing architectural board exam placers.
The Institute of Architecture and Fine Arts aims to become
a globally recognized institution for academic excellence in design and arts. It aspires to create a diverse community of art and architecture practitioners with a strong sense of socio-civic, cultural, and environmental responsibility, and the ability to create innovative interventions
that respond to distinctive challenges in local and international settings.
The Institute dedicates itself to providing an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that empowers students to fulfill their academic
and professional passion. Consistent with the University’s mission,
the Institute recognizes its primary goal to prepare graduates as
future leaders, critical and creative thinkers, and responsive professionals
toward industry excellence in the global context.
