FEU Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management capped a solid campaign in the the World Food Expo held at SMX Convention Center with a bronze award in the Philippine Culinary Competition. Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management students Hyeonsuk Lee and Ed Catama with their Coach Chef Ayie Reyes impressed international judges who in turn imparted their knowledge about food and standards in the industry.
Other members of the ITHM contingent include Chef Richard Tabuena, who competed in the US Beef Category, Chef Michael Cabangon, who challenged in the US Pork Category and HRM Department Chair Chef Jan Racky Masa, who joined the Pasta Category, which had a time limit of 30 minutes.
