The Institute of Education recently conducted a Faculty Development Seminar in Sarasas School Witaed in Chiangmai Thailand on Feb 10-11, 2018. Topics included, Reigniting the Passion for Teaching, Technology in the Classroom and Problem Based Learning were discussed.
The facilitators were Dr. Elisa Mañalac, Dr. Stephen Jay Co and Dr. Myrna Quinto.
The seminar was conducted as part of IE’s mandate as a Center of Excellence in Education and to strengthen the ties with Sarasas Schools where some IE students also carry out their Practice Teaching by virtue of a MOA. Sarasas Schools have more than 40 branches all over Thailand.
