FEU Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITHM) bagged first runner up overall in the 8๐ฉ๐ International Tourism & Hospitality Students’ Convention ๐๐ฃ๐ 3๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐ช๐ง๐๐จ๐ข ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จโ ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ก๐จ ๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐๐จ last ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐ and ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐จ. The two-day event was attended by over 900 tourism and hospitality students and educators from across the country.
ITHM Dean Dr. Harold Bueno said the participants proved their skills and knowledge in various competitions, solidifying their passion for the tourism and hospitality industry.
“The result of the competition will serve as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the students, inspiring them to continue pursuing excellence in their chosen field,” said Bueno.
The following were the categories where the Tamaraws won big: Convention Planning, gold and bronze; Travel Vlog, gold and bronze; Hotel Product Presentation, bronze; Destination Marketing, bronze; Travel Feature Article Writing, silver; Travel Infographics, 2 golds.
