Far Eastern University bagged the first and second spots in the recently concluded borderless learning online competitions of the Commission on Higher Education-National Capital Region (CHED-NCR) as part of the 56th Founding Anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
Megan Gabrielle Hofileña and Elijah Benedicto from the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management won the first place followed by John Cenon Barrieta from the Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance, who got the second spot of the 12 entries, which were presented by different schools.
Hifoleña and Benedicto shared their work and travel experience in the US while Barrieta’s vlog is about his 10-day summer camp at Ming Chi University of Technology in Taiwan.
The competition highlights the students’ various learning experiences in the international programs in which they have participated.
FEU strongly supports such programs for its students as these offer additional opportunity for them to learn diverse norms and cultures.
The competition promotes better partnership among international institutions.
